Refunds & Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will give you a 30 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at customerservice@21captains.com within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any issues.

We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. 21Captains will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

To organise a return, please send an email to customerservice@21captains.com with your name, phone number, address, a copy of your receipt showing your order number, the reason you’re returning the product, and if the product was damaged in shipping, a photo of the damaged product.

Send items to: 21Captains, PO Box 12, Booval Fair QLD 4304 (please include your contact and order details). If undamaged, items must be in original and unused condition.

If the items are accepted for a refund, we will refund the purchase price using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. 21Captains reserve the right to refuse orders we think may be fraudulent.

Processing your Order

An email confirmation will be sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.

After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 5 days. We will contact you for whatever reason there are any delays.

However, some orders may ship within as few as 2 days, and some may take up to 14 days.

21Captains does not ship internationally at this time. We ship domestically only - anywhere within Australia.

      4. Shipment rates and delivery estimates

We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact your delivery times. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.
